“He tried to attack me. So, we got into a fist fight. Then I ran into his room, closed the door, and pulled out a gun. When I opened the door, he tried (inaudible) and then I shot him.”

He reportedly shot his father three times. Three days later, Burt succumbed to his injuries and passed away.
